Meredith grew up in South Africa in a missionary family, where she developed a strong appreciation for physical health through her experience as a competitive swimmer. This foundation fostered a lasting interest in the human body and its ability to function at its best. Currently studying at Faith Baptist Bible College, Meredith serves as a doctor’s assistant and therapist at Lifestream Brain + Body Clinic, where she combines her passion for health with hands-on care. She is also exploring further training in massage therapy to deepen her ability to support patient wellness.
