Tina Langhough, BA, LMT, NCBTMB
Z-Health Master Practitioner

With over two decades of hands-on clinical experience, Tina brings a results-driven, neurological approach to bodywork. As a nationally certified massage therapist and Z-Health Master Practitioner, Tina integrates advanced neurocentric techniques to help patients reduce pain, improve movement, and return to the activities they love.
Her clinical career began in 2000 and has included diverse, high-performance environments—most notably working with University of Wisconsin Badger athletic teams—and nearly two decades running a successful private practice in Cambridge, Wisconsin. Tina’s work stands apart for its focus on restoring optimal function through brain-body integration, making her a key part of the clinical team at Lifestream Brain + Body Clinic.
She is deeply committed to helping each patient achieve measurable progress, whether the goal is pain relief, improved performance, or nervous system regulation.
Outside of the clinic, Tina enjoys time with her husband, Karl, and their two dogs, Gus and Rudi. She can often be found creating a serene environment with her green thumb. Patients are especially found of her artwork, including keeping Gary the Gnome outfitted for each season.
