Direct your patient to schedule a free Discovery Call with a doctor and see if we can help
If your patient decides to take the step of an exam, tell them to put you down as their referral source and note that you wish to collaborate (make sure to have them include an email address and phone number for you).

Things You Should Know
We get referrals from many providers, both local and out of the area. We will be honest with your patient about their findings, a plan for treatment, and whether or not we can help them. If we don't expect success based on their exam, we'll send them back to you or refer them to another professional who may be able to help.
Our goal is not to see your patients forever. We desire to help them overcome the health issues bringing them in for treatment, then send them back to you for continued care. In many cases, they will continue seeing you for care simultaneously.
If collaborative care is needed (i.e. both providers seeing a patient throughout the treatment process), our team will communicate with you via email, or phone if necessary.
